We welcome you to our little part of the Sonoran
Desert. Our family enjoys trail riding, barrel racing,
gymkhana, sorting and most anything that can be
done on horseback.
2011 was another successful
year in 4H & ESPBRA for our
family and the kids from the
community that ride with us!

Skye finished Hi Point All
Around and was the saddle
winner! CC did very well
finishing 3rd All Around and I
placed 5th!
In August of 2010, the local equine community started the
Thunderbird Arena Community Council (TACC) for work
toward improving the Thunderbird Arena here in Maricopa.
Huge improvements have been made at the facility.

Rid O Rock worked the arena to remove the rocks.
Community volunteers painted, picked up trash, hand-picked
rocks and started to organize and hold events. Thanks to an
anonymous benefactor, the arena lights have been rewired
and useable. Thanks to Crabtree Contracting for the early
work prepping the arena for advanced grooming and working
during events.
